Who is responsible for your information
Pure Spirit Therapy LLC is responsible for information collected for Natalia's massage inquiries and appointments. Therapy Spa Massage LLC is responsible for information collected for Elena's massage inquiries and appointments. Trend Trade LLC is responsible for information collected for the future product shop. Each entity uses information only for its own role unless you ask for or authorize a related use.
Information we may receive
- Contact and booking details you provide by phone, text, or social message, such as your name, phone number, location, scheduling preferences, and session requests.
- Future shop details such as name, email, phone, billing and shipping address, products ordered, and customer-service messages.
- Basic technical information generated when the site is requested, such as IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps, and security or delivery logs maintained by hosting providers.
Please share only the minimum health context needed to discuss whether a massage is appropriate. Do not send highly sensitive medical files, card numbers, passwords, government identifiers, or bank details by ordinary text or social media.
How information is used
Information may be used to respond to questions, arrange and provide appointments, fulfill and support future shop orders, prevent fraud, maintain site security, keep required business records, and comply with law. We do not sell personal information.
Stripe and payment information
Massage payments are handled directly by the therapist's practice: Natalia through Pure Spirit Therapy LLC and Elena through Therapy Spa Massage LLC. The product shop does not process massage payments. When the shop opens, Stripe will process product payments for Trend Trade LLC. Stripe—not this website—will receive full card details through its hosted checkout. Stripe handles payment information under its own privacy terms and may use data for fraud prevention, compliance, and payment processing.
Service providers, retention, and security
Information may be shared with providers that host and secure the site, deliver communications, process product payments, or support order fulfillment, only as reasonably needed for those services or as required by law. Records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and fraud prevention.
Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Cookies and children
This website does not currently use advertising or behavioral analytics cookies. Hosting and security providers may use essential technical storage needed to deliver and protect the site. The site is not directed to children under 13, and shop purchases will require an adult.
