Natalia’s massage appointments
Massage services and payments are handled directly by Natalia through Pure Spirit Therapy LLC. Scheduling messages are coordinated through the public booking line. Please contact that line as early as possible if you need to cancel, reschedule, change the location, or report an access issue.
Any cancellation window, rescheduling limit, deposit, no-show charge, travel charge, or package condition that applies to your appointment will be disclosed before you confirm or pay. The written terms you agree to for that appointment or series control. This website does not accept online massage payments, and Trend Trade LLC does not collect or refund massage-service payments.
If Natalia must cancel, she will contact you to arrange a new time or address any service payment already made. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact the booking line first at (305) 927-6363 so it can be reviewed promptly.
Natalia’s five sessions + one free offer
Before purchasing five sessions and receiving the sixth session free, you will receive the applicable scheduling, transfer, expiration, cancellation, and unused-session terms. Those terms must be accepted before payment and will control the offer.
Elena’s massage appointments
Elena's massage services and payments are handled directly through Therapy Spa Massage LLC. Please contact Elena as early as possible if you need to cancel, reschedule, change the location, or report an access issue.

Product ordering is not yet open, so Trend Trade LLCis not currently collecting shop payments. Final return eligibility, damaged-order reporting, cancellation timing, refund method, and refund-processing estimates will be published before Stripe checkout is activated.
